McDonald’s External Facade

We secured the order for the first 5 buildings August 2011 and have now completed 90 restaurants with further planned. Over the years we have worked with Elliott Modular and McDonald’s direct to improve the quality and performance of the external facade.

Working at factories in Carnaby and Barnsley we take a simple basic module structure, bolt it together, add the roof, add the floor and add the walls before others carry out internal fit outs.

We then unbolt and part the modules and deliver to site. Reassembling in situ before continuing to cladding the exterior. The whole process for DSM Ltd is completed in 8 weeks.

Materials used include Reynobond, Trespa, Eternit, Coated Aluminium and Granite Tiles. On the roof we apply an insulated system covered with Resitrix EPDM membrane. We now offer a range of Corals, Bin Stores and Dry Stores for both the New and Refurbishment McDonalds market.
