We’re proud to announce the successful completion of a stunning Dibsa lightweight steel flat-to-pitch roof conversion at Oxshott Court, nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Bexhill-on-Sea. This project marks our fifth collaboration with Dibsa in the area, further strengthening our ongoing commitment to enhancing this charming seaside community.

Perched with sea views, the newly transformed pitched roof not only elevates the architectural appeal of the apartment complex but also complements Bexhill’s coastal character with a modern, clean aesthetic. Beyond its visual impact, the development integrates advanced thermal and acoustic enhancements—ensuring long-term comfort and energy efficiency for residents.

Our expert team installed the lightweight steel structure to the highest standards, consistent with the success of the four previous blocks we’ve delivered in the region.

During the build, we faced a design revision challenge. However, through close collaboration with the client, architect, and Dibsa, we found a smart, cost-neutral solution that met everyone’s expectations—demonstrating both our flexibility and commitment to value-driven results.
